With approximately £600,000 raised to date, Zamcog has had a tremendous impact on the lives of so many children. As can be seem from the chart, admin costs have been kept to a minimum (under 2%) as no salaries are paid to UK personnel and  Board members are not reimbursed for travel etc.

As a result, the bulk of the funds raised go directly to benefit the children of Zambia. Construction costs are the largest item, with over £325,000 spent to date.

A reserve for operating costs has been set aside, but the school needs more funds to continue construction of much needed facilities, including a 3 classroom block plus science lab so that students can complete grade 12 at Shitima.
